The company has been extremely uncooperative. They ask for more and more documentation. Some of the documents have been repetitive. I have yet to receive any of my money back. I have spent hours on the phone and have sent them many faxes to no avail. We enrolled prior to leaving home for 10 weeks, and knew that the paperwork was to be received at home on our return. We therefore needed to print the paperwork on-line to take it with us. This was no problem, expect that the letters were very small. We added a magnifying glass in the glove compartment. Problem solved as the Lord provided travelling mercies and we returned home safe and sound.During Trip
