Seemed seamlessly simple. I found you on Internet, paid the fee, went on trip, got home and did it all seamlessly. Since no one got sick or injured, no one needed medical evacuation...we never needed the insurance. But it was nice to know the help was there just in case....now, can we get our premium back ?
