    I was pleased with the ease of finding a plan to fit our needs. The whole process was simple and very satisfactory. Since we didn't need to make a claim (fortunately!) I'm unable to comment further, but I will definitely go with this service again the next time we vacation.

    Very happy with the insurance. Fortunately I don't have a claim. Adreana's normal insurance coverage does not extend outside her state of residency (IL). Next time we take her out of state I will be back to purchase another policy and hope not to need it.

    I didn't have contact with SquareMouth during our trip.

    Claim Process
    A piece of luggage was damaged somewhere enroute--the airline denied coverage, citing "normal wear and tear." I have not yet filed a claim with Square Mouth.

    At one point I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip and I emailed the company. They responded promptly and explained what I needed to do.

    I never had to contact the company during my trip.
