This was the first time I have used this service and I will definitey recommend it to everybody! I had a question right after I finished the online purchas so I called your number. The agent was very professional and courteous. My question was answered and handled right away. I bought this for my daughter that travelled on a school trip and I definitely recommend it !

During Trip
We did not need to contact the emergency hotline thank goodness, but we are sure that we would not have had a problem if we did.

Fortunately, did not have to use insurance during trip.

I've purchased travel insurance from SquareMouth for over 9 years. They are reliable and I've had only one problem that ensued during those many years. A glitch where the agent did not include "pre-existing conditions," even though I purchased my insurance within the mandatory 15 days.

Your telephone service person was very helpful and gracious. I have COPD and never know when I may become ill, so this was a service worth the investment.

Almost immediately after I bought the insurance, my trip was extended by one week, and I needed to add another seven days to the policy. Customer service did a great job of taking care of that.
