Squaremouth customer service agent was available by telephone with no wait, and cheerfully explained all the insurance options to me. All information and documents arrived quickly. Very helpful!!

The agent answered all my questions and was very helpful in making the purchase.

We are making a claim for an emergency hospital stay in Italy but I did not have to call while there because when I showed the info that I had on the policy we had purchased they said "we will send you the bill and you can take it from there". They didn't ask for any money or credit card.
