I've purchased travel insurance from SquareMouth for over 9 years. They are reliable and I've had only one problem that ensued during those many years. A glitch where the agent did not include "pre-existing conditions," even though I purchased my insurance within the mandatory 15 days.

I didn't use any customer service before the trip, so it was perfect.

Your telephone service person was very helpful and gracious. I have COPD and never know when I may become ill, so this was a service worth the investment.

everything went great. If you're from New England you do neeeed travel insurance (Weather)

Did not have to use thank goodness

Almost immediately after I bought the insurance, my trip was extended by one week, and I needed to add another seven days to the policy. Customer service did a great job of taking care of that.

We had no need for contact during the trip

Claim Process
There was quite a bit of documentation required but we had all the records, dates and receipts needed so there was no need for a request for any further proof of our claim and it went through quickly.

I did not contact the carrier directly before the trip.

During Trip
They answered my questions politely and clearly.

During Trip
We had to cancel before the trip.

Claim Process
Been five weeks since claim and finally got a response asking for info that was ALREADY sent with the first claim. Now I'm waiting again.
