Seemed seamlessly simple. I found you on Internet, paid the fee, went on trip, got home and did it all seamlessly. Since no one got sick or injured, no one needed medical evacuation...we never needed the insurance. But it was nice to know the help was there just in case....now, can we get our premium back ?

haven't made my claim as I'm just getting over the jet lag...my first flight was cancelled so I had go to my destination a day late...I'll be happy to report back after I see how my claim goes
