The review process seems to be unnecessarily long since all the requested documents were provided weeks ago.

I only had some questions with Secen Corners and during my interactions, I feel like I was valued, so next time we travel again, I will not hesitate to choose the company again. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Called to report a change of email address and was told everything was corrected, however email (including this review) is still being sent to my husband's address.

After purchasing the policy I had one question that required clarification. I submitted the question to Seven Corners and in less than an hour had a response.

It was difficult to get a receipt showing both my amount and credit card (last 4 digits) purchase. I had to call customer service and they agreed it wasn't available in my account. They were very helpful and sent it to me. Perhaps this type of "billing statement" could be available in my account without having to call. Thanks.

I will use them again. They were very polite and responsive.

Able to update policy dates quickly and got necessary docs immediately. Thx

This is the 3rd policy I have bought from Seven Corners . I have had to file claims twice and thankfully did not this last time. But, I do feel comfortable and confident that the coverage would be available if needed.
