OUR TRIP WAS TO ISRAEL; HOWEVER, WE DIDN'T GO BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS CANCLLED BUT YOU REFUSE TO ALLOW US TO FILE A CLAIM. ACCORDING TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DECEMBER WE WERE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND. WE'VE USED YOU ON ALL OUR TRIPS BUT WILL NOT AGAIN. WE'V RECOMMENDED YOU MANY TIMES BUT NOT WE WILL NOT. SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR COMPANY.

I submitted a minor claim online for medical expenses while traveling to the Philippines. It was an easy and smooth process.

I purchased insurance for myself and 4 companions. There was nothing in the ordering process asking for state residency of each individual. After receiving policies, I learned that Washington State residents require a different policy than Oregon state resident. It would have been helpful to know beforehand as I had to cancel two of my policies and purchase different ones. However, the customer service folks were very helpful in making the changes needed.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to go on the trip due to a medical emergency .The assistance I received with help completing the claim forms was excellent . The assistant was compassionate and patient with me . I will be faxing the completed forms within the 90 day period . Thank you !
