I emailed about extending my coverage and waited days for a response. I then received a response stating she would investigate and get back in touch. My policy was about to expire and never received a follow up response from her so I called customer service. I spoke with Tristen who was very helpful and set up a new policy since I extended my trip.

Unfortunately, I needed to submit a claim for part of my trip after a missed flight connection left my family stuck overnight in our connecting city.
