Filing a claim has been less fun. Started online, then paused so collect information and credit card statement. Tried to start claim back up and got partially further, then wouldn't let me advance. Started a chat with rep and their suggestions were no help, so had to delete and start over. Now even though I've submitted a claim and am getting template emails from you about it, it is not showing in my account. There is a claim that can be Resumed (which I assume is the one that was deleted) but the completed claim isn't showing.

This was the first time we've ever purchased any kind of travel insurance. It was recommended to us by our family physician during our pre-international travel consultation. He personally uses SquareMouth and gave us the link. Wow -- we are so happy with the coverage, the service, and the professionalism of the Seven Corners staff. They answered our call from the emergency room and guided us through what we would need to process a claim, what to expect, etc. Then, when we needed answers to questions about a possible delay in our return, they opened our policy and walked us through everything. It was such a relief to know that good help and policy coverage was there to get us through a scary time.
Filing the claim online had a technical glitch, but the team was there to help and continued to work on it until it was resolved. Communication about where the claim status, questions, or more documentation needed was clear and promptly acknowledged. Auto-generated email updates every 2 weeks were greatly appreciated, especially after the glitch. We received the full payment within 30 days of submitting.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 days before trip departure on a dream trip my husband and I had planned for over 9 months. Needless to say, this was devastating news on multiple fronts. If there was one good thing that happened since my diagnosis, it was having the foresight to have bought trip insurance with Seven Corners at the time we booked the trip. Though we hadn't previously bought trip insurance, given the cost of the trip, our travel agent suggested we do so, but made no recommendations. My husband had some chronic stable health issues and I was in good health and had no history of cancer. Though, I had no prior experience with this company, after reviewing the options out there, I decided their policy options would best meet our needs if a health emergency disrupted our trip. In retrospect, it was one of the best purchases I made. I called Seven Corners as soon as I received the diagnosis. The customer service was wonderful. My calls were promptly answered by native English speakers who were compassionate and well trained. They advised me on immediate steps to take and sent me links to the needed documents to complete, as well as tips on how to get other needed statements from the cruise company and the airline. The customer service rep even offered to review documents as I sent them in (via email) to make sure I hadn't omitted anything so my claim could be processed quickly. I got regular confirmation of receipt of sent documents, too. I had multiple contacts with the customer service reps and the Claims Advisor over a course of several days and the experience was always excellent. If something was missing, they were clear and concise on what I needed to provide. There were no demands that seemed unreasonable. My claim was actually processed and I received a total refund on all expenses within 3 weeks, which was much faster than I expected. What a relief to have this behind me. I can't say enough good about this company and I would highly recommend buying trip insurance from them.

My claim was submitted by USPS Certified Mail on February 16 with the form and documents. I have no received any contact regardiong the receipt and would greatly appreciate a phone call verfiyting its receipt please.
