Seven Corners Travel Insurance Reviews

I used the WhatsApp support channel. The agent, while polite, was clearly handling multiple cases at once. He often called me the wrong name, referred to details that were not in my case, and appeared to have a language barrier. I worry about what portions of my case he may have inadvertently told others. I will not be purchasing from Seven Corners again.

All went as planned

When I was in Aoain last year I came down with Covid even though I had shots and boosters. My family wouldn’t let
Me stay at the house that I made arrangements to stay. I was then forced to go find somewhere else to stay.. I went to the hospital in Spain and I was told to stay in my hotel until I tested negative. I had. It planned on staying in a hotel so I had to pay for the hotel and my food. I have mailed documents two times already and haven’t received anything.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. My vacation went perfect so I did not have to file any claims.

I was pleased with the coverage and the cost of the trip insurance. I would have liked to have heard from the carrier prior to the travel date to remind me of how to access the insurance policy if I needed it, and to confirm that my insurance was about to take effect. Getting a message asking if I was planning on filing a claim almost 2 weeks after my return was not helpful.

It was pretty painless to use my cancel for any reason insurance.

Horrible experience! I am lodging complaint with BBB and have sent documents to a lawyer

I emailed about extending my coverage and waited days for a response. I then received a response stating she would investigate and get back in touch. My policy was about to expire and never received a follow up response from her so I called customer service. I spoke with Tristen who was very helpful and set up a new policy since I extended my trip.
