Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
It was easy to sign up. I had some questions that customer service answered. The policy gave us peace of mind even though we did not need it.
Affordable. Easy to purchase. Questions about coverage prior to purchase (recreational biking) were answered and explained. Med Evac coverage limits were higher than most companies.
I filled their claim form out and they responded requesting more information and receipts. I provided them with letters from the trip suppliers that listed the full amount paid and their no refund policy. It seems Seven Corners want a copy of the payments, but I don't know how to get a copy of the credit charges unless I can get a copy from Chase. They also requested a doctor's note about my Covid-19 diagnosis. The doctor filled out the form and signed it. Anyway, hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Process was slowed down too much. I had letters from my travel providers that listed all of the details about my canceled trip, but you would only accept copies of my credit card statements.
Purchasing a policy was very easy. Agent explained options giving choices. Price was reasonable.Luckily didn’t need to use. Will consider using Squaremouth again!

It took 4 months for Deven Corners to complete the claim process. On multiple occasions, they asked for documentation that had been already been provided to them once or twice prior.
I got different answers to the same questions regarding crediting reimbursement of travel bank money and points. I was told I would be reimbursed everything I paid, including travel bank money, and they only reimbursed me what I paid on my credit card.
There is no way to speak with anyone who is working on your claim.
I would never use Seven Corners again!!!!!
This was my first experience with making a claim on travel insurance. I would have enjoyed some clearer information initially, as processing the claim did take some time. Ultimately though, I did receive email confirmation that my claim had been received, all was in order, and my refund would arrive within 10 business days, which it did.
