Called to let you know that we have an open Baggage Claim with Delta. My luggage was lost for 6 days while we were touring Scotland with Gate 1

I added them to my WhatsApp to try to find out hiw to find a dictor in Sydney NSW and how to provide proof of insurance once i have an appt. I also need to know if a visit for a sore throat is coveref. All tjat I got was a repeated message response tjat they could not understand my question even though i worded it exactly as the had it written. I tried over and over a got the same dead end respi se. I never got any answer and dont know how to proceed.

Customer service was very helpful in answering questions regarding how to file a claim. I am hopeful that the claims process will go smoothly.

I was stuck in airport for more than 6 hours and questioned if Squaremouth coverage applied and what I might need to do if the flight eventually cancelled.
The call back system worked great. She explained saving receipts and policy limits. I did not need to make a claim but talking to your rep eased my anxiety.

Easy process for peace of mind. I can't comment on the quality of the insurance as we did not have a claim. Of course that is where the rubber meets the road.

Luckily I did not have to use our travel insurance, but I did contact Seven Corners when I thought we might have to. I emailed them about process of a claim and they got back to me quickly. It was very easy to select and purchase through squaremouth.
