Claim process took about a month and half, and I thought I had provided a medical reason for my trip cancellation but it wasn't reflected in payment. They did actually pay me, however, and I would use them again. I think for a cancellation related to medical you probably need to go to an MD.
Our baggage was delayed for more than 24 hours. We filed a claim & they denied it when we should be reimbursed after 6 hours baggage delay according to the policy.
Didn't need to use the insurance but was a comfort to know it was there.
