Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
Easy process for peace of mind. I can't comment on the quality of the insurance as we did not have a claim. Of course that is where the rubber meets the road.
Customer service rep was very helpful in responding g to questions when I was shopping for a policy.
The explanations I received before purchasing were very clear. I think I bought a very good policy. And it's just fine that I didn't it!
They don’t respond . I don’t think they want to pay for any claim .
I will make another trip and will buy insurance again with you , but I will remember their name and stay away from them permanently.
Thanks
Luckily I did not have to use our travel insurance, but I did contact Seven Corners when I thought we might have to. I emailed them about process of a claim and they got back to me quickly. It was very easy to select and purchase through squaremouth.
Seven Corners was fabulous! I bought the insurance online (easy peasy), but I entered my dates incorrectly. I called and spoke to a real person who fixed it right away. I got the updated policy in a matter of minutes. The customer service person was very kind and reassuring and she knew how to handle it (without being transfered 100 times, YAY!). Tell her boss she should get a raise. Thank you for the ease of getting my trip insurance.
I am having prompt and useful contact with the Claims Department regarding procedure, etc.
I guess we'll find out after the claim is filed.
This is a terrible insurance company. I filed a claim while my husband was in the hospital over 6 months ago. I sent them whatever they requested. They first denied they ever got it. Then they admitted they did.
Now all I hear is that they are assigning me an agent.
Six months, and I have no one to talk to!!!!
I had a question for them regarding a potential flight change due to a 2 day, weather related closure of our airport. I called at approximately 11pm
But they were not open. I didn’t leave a message. Someone called me back the next b/c they saw the missed called and left a voicemail. I will look for an insurance company with 24 hour help next trip.
