I just sent off the packet for my claim. It took hours to get everything together, to fill out forms, print out copies of documentation, etc. We'll see how well it goes when I am contacted by Seven Corners.
Claim filed online with all receipts of expenses for delayed baggage + proof of bag delay. Today after 3 months they are sending me another form to fill out with the same information.
If they can’t handle online claims they should just tell people download and fill form instead of wasting time.
This was just for delayed luggage. I image if there was a medical issues the experience would have been really bad
So far the experience has been ok. The representative was polite and helpful, so I gave that 5 stars. I had to file two claims, and was told by the representative it could be 90 days before they even process it and render a decision, so that is very frustrating. I will have to rate the overall experience once these claims are complete.
Hi - We filed a claim, waiting now on processing our claim. My flight was cancelled by the airline. thank you
Have found working with Seven Corners a pleasant experience.
Had Medicare Advantage so needed 1 week of medical coverage for 2 adults. Easy and very reassuring.
Very frustrating. My claim was filed January 10th. Still unresolved. I followed up numerous times & corresponded with someone different almost every time. They requested some documentation more than once so apparently they lost it after I submitted it the first time. Just this past week they requested documentation that was never requested before. I will never use Seven Corners again!
Review Updated: 04/16/2023
Seven Corners was extremely slow & apparently disorganized in reviewing & approving my claim. They originally promised 4 wks to review it. After several follow up messages always with different people involved & more delays I submitted it through the Zero Complaint process with Square Mouth. Very soon after that I was notified by Seven Corners my claim was approved & reimbursed. All in all Seven Corners came through but the very slow & frustrating process of pushing the claim through was disappointing.
I have no issues with Squaremouth. I do have issues with Seven Corners! We submitted a claim to them in January 2023 as my husband
fell on the ice and broke his femur and needed surgery. We were unable to take our cruise. I received a reply from them on January 11, 2023 that they had received all of my documents. To date we have not had a reply from them about our claim. I have called them twice about our claim. The first time I was told that it would take about 90 days! The second time I called they told me 130 days!
They used the excuse of the Southwest airlines debacle. I remind them that they originally told me 90 days. I guess my next step its to call and insist on speaking with a manager. Right now I would rate them at -1. I do not know if you all can help me out or not.
They promptly responded to my request for a letter of confimation showing that I had health insurance for my visit to Vietnam. Although I didn't need it, it was good to have in the event that it would have been required.
I suffered a complete rupture of the Achilles on my right foot three weeks before departing. I filed a claim on February 17th, the day before my originallly scheduled departure. Three weeks went by and I called Seven Corners to ask about the status of my claim. I was told it would likely take ninety days before they processed the claim. That just seems far too long to have to wait. Perhaps I should have asked about time to settle claims before purchasing a policy from Seven Corners. Hard to believe all the carriers on your site are taking that long.
