the interaction with seven Corners thus far was fine, we will see after we file our claim.

I am very pleased with Seven Corners customer service! I spoke with SC customer service who walked me through filing a claim online. I called several times and spoke with different persons. All were helpful and made filing a claim less painfull!

It’s a premature at this point as I just submitted my claim under the trip interruption coverage and am waiting to hear from the claims area.

My son spoke with Nathan at Seven Corners and reported that he was very helpful and responsive.

Still trying to figure out the claim form. It appears that everything has to be in a digital format. A hard copy format would be beneficial for some users.

Seven corners does not honor their policy and response time is unacceptable. We will not be purchasing insurance from seven corners moving forward

I have had no experience with Seven Corners except calling to say that I was unable to use their on-lime claim form as it would not go beyond the first page. I waited more than 45 minutes waiting on the phone to talk to anyone, and the person I finally reached could not answer my questions. She said she'd have someone call me back. The next day someone called and then, after hearing the problems I wasa having, sent me a different form to fill out that was not the one on the site.
