Nathan was very helpful and patient guiding me through the initial process of what paperwork is needed to file the claim and to file with my regular insurance company first.
The agent was very clear and helpful with our filing of the claim but we filed in the third week of December 2022 and they have still not reviewed our claim. They keep saying that they are backlogged.
We snail mailed (priority mail) 52 pages of documentation to them which they had received before January and they still have not reviewed our claim.
As our entire trip had to be canceled we're requesting a refund. Please expedite our claim.

Thorough.information was provided on the insurance process in case we n needed to use it. Luckily, we did not need to file a claim. And the price seemed quite competitive.
Great experience with customer service answering pre-trip questions (wanted to prepare for the possibility of someone getting sick, etc, and how to file a secondary claim with Seven Corners). And luckily, we never needed to call again!
I contacted them via WhatsApp messaging several times during our international trip for a 1) delayed flight which caused us to miss our connection 2) thought we had a stolen item 3) cancelled flight. They were very helpful each time. They have sent me the necessary claim forms and we have 90 days to file the claim for our hotels, food, transportation, etc during delays, cancellations. (We “found” the assumed stolen item.) Hoping to have the same wonderful experience in the claims process.
I have filed a claim Mid August
after almost 3 months they requested more paperwork (December)
I have submited the paperwork and still waiting even though I called and agent stated end of January I should have an answer.
I had to stay due to medical emergency as my eldery father was tken to the hospital for surgery after a fall. I am ONLY claiming ticket difference, not hotel, no food pretty upset with what is supposed to be a 5 Star insurance.
The Cancel for Any Reason insurance is extremely expensive and the requirement for cancellation 48 hours prior to trip is overly restrictive.
That requirement makes the insurance much less valuable.
