Have used this company for years. Staff very helpful and always very positive. I had to submit a claim for the first time this most recent trip. Very helpful in giving me directions on what to submit etc. So we shall see how the process goes and how fast claim is settled.

I submitted all info requested approx 90 days ago. I called twice and was told it would be 90 days until completed. Now I have received a further request to submit more info which I have done, but not pleased with request. They asked for an itinerary from the cruise line ( which had long been thrown away) and besides, what do they need that for. I manually wrote out itineraries, which is the best I could do. They also requested my credit card statement showing payment. Absolute nonsense as anyone in travel industry knows the cruise line has a credit card on file and submits bill immediately to be paid. I had previously sent itemized medical bill from cruise line and emergency room in Azores with paid receipt from the hospital and ambulance.
They have not given me a time line as to payment, just an email that they are reviewing….probably another 90 days.
I have used 7 Corners many times and been pleased with customer service in purchasing insurance, but this is my first claim and I am not satisfied at all. Would not rate them 5 stars!

It was a relatively easy process. It gave me peace of mind while traveling. I was on a cruise ship for almost a month and several people were taken off the ship by helicopter due to health emergencies.
No resolution on the travel delay claim yet.
I chose Seven Corners because they had really high reviews but I don’t see how. It is very difficult to use their portal for the claim. Then it is difficult to talk to customer service. I called today to check on my claim and they said it will be three months before I hear anything. That is horrible service.
Easy to work with to get the requested coverage.
Web and phone service has been satisfactory to date. It wasn't clear that I could add additional coverage through the web site as my travel plans filled in, so I reluctantly used the phone to do so. It would have been reassuring to see a listing of all upfront costs covered by my policy at each step on the web site rather than just a total figure recited by the agent adding up my earlier figures on the phone.
Does my claim have to be complete as first submitted, or can I start it now with documentation of COVID and its most easily identified additional costs?
Seven Corners took 4 months and then denied the most basic things. They keep asking for papers with no intention of paying. They denied a hotel charge for a missed night, due to delay, as they do not consider that a delay expense.
They are really terrible.
Very helpful and pleasant representative when I called for information.
Comprehensive policy at a very reasonable price. I have used them for the last five years. Preferred choice
I've submitted a small claim.
It is being ignored.
I will never use Square Mouth travel insurance.
