This trip was fine for to no issues. My trip prior, 2 years ago, was a nightmare dealing with squaremouth. You refused to refund my policy premium even though my trip was cancelled by the airline 6 months ahead. I had to contest (successfully) through my credit card.
Excellent customer service and excellent coverage
We had to postpone our trip. Seven Corners was willing to change our insurance to our new travel dates. A five star customer service!
Got covid three days prior return flight while overseas and had to reschedule my flight. Paid flight price difference which was as much as my original round-trip ticket price. Filed a claim with Seven Corners online. Called to check on status of my claim after two weeks and was told claim processing takes about 80 days. Still waiting but I will definitely keep checking on them every couple weeks. Additional $1700 for one way ticket is expensive and that's why I purchased travel insurance.

I had called before my trip and had a few questions answered.
Our cruise was cancelled 2 days prior to departure due to contracting COVID. I called Seven Corners hoping to get the travel insurance premium refunded inasmuch as it would not be used. I was told abruptly and rudely that there would be no refund because more than 14 days had elapsed since purchasing the policy. I was not trying to get anything other than a refund of premium. Buyer beware! Personally, I will not purchase a Seven Corners policy again.
Purchased medical insurance prior to trip to Switzerland. Had an illness in Switzerland and visited an urgent care facility. Showed them my medical insurance through Seven Corners but was informed they only accept Swiss insurers. Charged the visit to my credit card and filed a reimbursement request upon my return. Used the Seven Corners online form but was not able to submit online, so I faxed a copy to them.

Do not purchase a policy with Seven Corners. We went with them based on the reviews. Not sure how accurate they are based on our experience. Try getting a call back from them. Seriously. Then after being sick, going to the hospital... they will not help you. Filed a claim a month ago and Hannah Bishop send us the stock response of Due to high claim volumes we will review your claim in 85 days.
Should not even be on the Squaremouth website. Total scam.
