We purchased the Medical Travel Insurance and did not have to make any claim. The process was smooth and I phoned in advance to question the Pre Existing limitation that was included in the policy. The representative was helpful. Thank you.

Seven Corners have not looked at the claim in 3 weeks and sending e-mail customer service asking about it resulted in an automated general reply.

Their online claim form is very difficult. Their telephone customer service is good.

I likely over insured as I had little/no information as to typical or large claims history and am well covered generally....still I was comfortable with risk during the trip and cost of the added coverage acceptable. Out travel partner had a heart attack in Outer Mongolia several ears ago on a sierra club trip. evacuation costs were in the $80K range

Very little communication. Told it will take up to 90 days to process our claim.

I was disappointed when I needed to know the price to increase my coverage, that it was several days before I heard back.

Claim is being reviewed so I'm waiting.

The coverage looked very good and the price seemed fair.
