Getting the trip health insurance policy and dealing with Customer Service was problem Free. Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim so I cannot comment about anything related to claims processing.

Because one of the travel visas was late being approved, we called to see if our travel insurance would refund our ticket money and they were very kind and explained the what our insurance outcome would have been. We did get the visa and the trip was a success.

Got this for my son while traveling. Made some errors with entries. Called customer service. They could not have been nicer. They made the corrections right away. Very pleasant to deal with. He did not need to submit any claims so I cannot comment on that.
