its been 3 months, still no payment for our claim. its an open and shut case. Everyone is blaming help issues.

There was a small problem when I signed up for the insurance. Somehow the name I inputted for the 2nd person was wrong. A simple email corrected the mistake. Thankfully we did not need the health insurance on our overseas trip so I can't comment on payment, etc. but we definitely had peace of mind during our trip.

I needed assistance figuring out how to accurately complete the online claim form so I called in but the rep told me I’d need to wait for a call back because you rank medical claim calls first.

The people I spoke with were very helpful and it was a positive experience dealing with them.

I had a great experience pre departure, as I was able to switch my policy from one country to another without any feed. However, I got COVID mid trip and needed immediate advice on how to proceed. It took me way too long to finally make contact Seven Corners.

Getting the trip health insurance policy and dealing with Customer Service was problem Free. Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim so I cannot comment about anything related to claims processing.
