Because one of the travel visas was late being approved, we called to see if our travel insurance would refund our ticket money and they were very kind and explained the what our insurance outcome would have been. We did get the visa and the trip was a success.
quick & easy process to obtain the policy.
Waits for reimbursement after subscription of baggage delay and trip delay (missing connection in JFK) on the way from Atlanta to Iceland
I have not filed claim yet but so far the information given has been helpful.
Got this for my son while traveling. Made some errors with entries. Called customer service. They could not have been nicer. They made the corrections right away. Very pleasant to deal with. He did not need to submit any claims so I cannot comment on that.
I have used squaremouth multiple times for trips abroad. Great customer service and very easy to purchase online!
The provider confused the details of my policy when I purchased policies for two different trips.
Have no idea it was even handled at all. Did not receive anything on my claim giving status/outcome until receiving this today. Still have no update what if any outcome was given
I’d rather wait to review your services until after I receive a response on my claim.
I booked my trip with a third party. When I tried to file a claim with Seven Corners, I was told by my travel company that I couldn't get documentation for my actual expenses because it was proprietary info between them and their vendors. They asked that Seven Corners contact them directly. I told Seven Corners this several times and forwarded my response from the travel agent but Seven Corners continued to send me "please provide these documents" messages. I will not be using Seven Corners again.
