The site didn’t answer my questions, although there was a lot of info and it was easy to navigate. Not being in insurance, reading the policy wasn’t helpful in my situation. Calling to get help worked out well.
It was comforting to know that we had this insurance, should we have needed it while traveling. Fortunately, we did not need it and our trip went off without any glitches. Thanks for being there to provide the insurance that we needed.

On paper the policy looked appropriate for our needs. On our flight to our trip destination, our luggage was delayed for 6 days. I filed a claim immediately upon our return home, and have yet to receive any status update or compensation on my open claim and it's been almost 2 weeks.
I did not use the policy, it was officially canceled. I hope the amount was credited for future use. If so, no need to contact me. This questionnaire makes it sound like you think I used the policy, not canceled it. I was happy with the purchase, then canceled the trip. Customer service was somewhat helpful.
