On 3/31 I called the 24hours help line, to cancel this insurance but the representative said I have to send an email because she doesn't deal with cancellation.
Was very easy and uncomplicated especially because we are mandated to sign up for this. Hoping that all my PII info is not compromised. This coverage is for a limited time, ends 22April 2022. Do I have to call and confirm policy is ended. There is no auto renewal I hope? Please let me know via this survey.
I’ve submitted all documents requested to Broadspire, have received confirmation that the documents downloaded. It’s been three weeks. I’ve called twice to follow up with the adjuster and have not received a call back. The online status says “documents received but not reviewed.” I’m wondering why I haven’t heard anything and why the adjuster is blowing me off. Not happy so far.

Broadspire was completely unresponsive, took 9 weeks to process the claim, which was denied. They did not even pay for the extra gas and expenses we incurred by our flight being cancelled, having to drive to an out-of-town airport for a 2 a.m. flight 2 days in a row and losing an entire day of our trip, not to mention the frustration and inconvenience. I will think twice before booking travel insurance through Squaremouth again. I looked up Broadspire online and the complaints are many. Sounds like it is a huge company that just mass processes claims without any regard for people whatsoever. What a waste. Thought we had travel insurance for just this scenario.

I had to change the return date on my trip & it was efficiently take care of. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Seven Corners & I am using them for a trip later this year.
Very disappointed with their claim response time. They received my claim on Feb. 9th, and still have not responded to it. When asked about status the first time, they responded it would take 56 days to be reviewed. After 56 days, I contacted them again (via email) but still have not received a reply (I'm writing this on April 11). When I am able to travel again, I will not choose Seven Corners for my travel insurance.
I'm now getting ready to connect with Seven Corners and hope it goes well...
