Since I had no need to file a claim it is difficult to give a complete review. I had to change the dates of our departure and return and it was easy to do through a very nice customer service rep at Seven Corners.
Had questions on the interplay between the policy and ever changing COVID regulations. Belize required purchase of their own trip insurance policy for $18 that covered much of Covid risk and wished this policy would have been adjusted accordingly.
This website was very helpful. It allowed me view all of the travel insurance options, benefits and costs all in one place for easy comparison.
It may be a bit premature to rate my experience as my claim is pending and this questionnaire gives me sense that it was sent as if I travelled without issue. I will gladly submit full review when the experience is complete.
Why have I not been reimbursed?
We contracted Covid at the end of our trip and had to go into quarantine which added 5 days too our stay. i contacted Seven Corners on the first day and they gave me good advice on how to proceed with our stay and how to make a claim.
I called and requested a form to file a claim, which was sent to me immediately. The form will be filed in the coming week.
More when I see how my claim for loss of items in my luggage is ejudicated.
