Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
As my trip was extended I requested an extension go the policy period. I was very happy to pay for. such extension.
I was advised that this was not possible and I should search for new policy. on doing so , no new policy was available.
I will have feedback depending on how my baggage delay and cancelled flight claims go
Easy to obtain. Clear policy.
I will provide a thorough review after my claim is complete. Thank you for reaching out.
We are under quarantine with Covid in the Netherlands. The Seven Corners representative was very helpful and sympathetic. Since our situation is ongoing I can't comment on the claims process.
So far, very unsatisfactory. I have received automated responses indicating my claim submitted on 1/25/22 ,would be processed in 6 weeks, then, 76 calendar days. Now, it is way past 76 calendar days. Nothing. I’m very disappointed.
Easy to use and compare coverages via SquareMouth. Information was readily available as to costs, what you need to do to ensure COVID-19 coverage and plenty of options to tailor the quote and policy
My trip is not complete. It will end on May 5. I have been seen twice by the medical director and was diagnosed with influenza A. I was therefore quarantined to my room for about 4 days. My symptoms were mild and hopefully have it behind me after completing the prescribed drug regimen.
I will wait until I return home inthe event that I may need additional treatment.
Review Updated: 09/16/2022
I originally mailed a claim on 5/20/2022 for a cruise that ended on 5/5/2022. On board the ship I was diagnosed to have Influenza A. I had no symptoms except for a cough but quarantined and agreed to a total of 12 Covid tests. The result was a bill of $1898.37. In June they requested more information regarding proof of payment. I complied even though it was difficult because the deposit was originally made in 2019 for a different cruise to Asia.
This particular cruise was paid for with a refund on a cancelled cruise so there was quite of bit of paperwork involved! They notified the documents were received and they would review and be in touch. I’ve called at
least three different times and they continue to say that it is being reviewed even though the website says that the claim has closed. I have spent a total of $9.75 cents to mail documents because it was to much to download.
My claim # withSevenCorners is 10RTC21-AOS-114986. Any help you can provide would be highly appreciated.

Claim process took a very long time to complete but all money that was agreed upon was refunded (80% cancel for any reason). I would recommend this policy to other travelers who may need a cancel for any reason policy but be prepared to wait a long time for refund.
Can I extend a month more
