We experienced a trip interruption and although I was able to get some credits from the airline and hotels, I requested the difference from the insurance company. A customer service agent with the insurance company informed me that it would be months before I would even be contacted by anyone from the insurance company. So I loss the most on the amount I paid for the insurance policy. I would never do that again.

Impossible to reach customer service by phone. But email was successful. Filing a claim, is made difficult as they ask for a lot of info they already have. I expect problems, but we shall see.

My claim was just denied, 3.5 months after I filed a claim. They apparently did not read what I submitted. They concluded that I was not eligible because the flight that I missed due to delays on the first flight arrived earlier than scheduled in Boston. The fact that I was not able to be on that flight did not seem to matter. Ridiculous... now I need to file a formal complaint and wait at least another month. Nevervagain will I buy travel insurance from Seven Corners.
I've purchased many policies from Seven Corners but never had to file a claim until now. The process was very easy, and when I had to follow up via email with a question, I got a quick reply and great service. Highly recommend and will buy a policy from Seven Corners again.
While Seven Corners replied to my request for reimbursement very promptly, they said in their automated response that it may take up to six weeks to process my claim. That amount of time seems excessive.
I filed a claim on January 21, 2022 and nobody has assisted me in any way since. It's now March 6, 2022. I get the same email saying it will be 70 days to review my claim. This is unacceptable. I'm planning to contact the insurance commissioner if I have to wait much longer.
Filed claim weeks ago. Received confirmation of receipt. Now 5 weeks later no contact.
