Quick and easy resolution. No hassles. 100% satisfied
Actually our experience was pretty uneventful, we did not need to use your insurance.
Had one clarification that needed to be made on policy and they took care of it quickly
I have a claim during my trip and it is in the review process. It has been a week and I have not heard anything back from AXA Assistance USA. I am waiting for the reimbursable funding.

This is an excellent travel insurance provider and an outstanding customer service. The claiming process is quick and easy. Highly recommend for anyone that are traveling in the country or abroad for peace of mind.
I think claims should be handled in a more timely manner.
Easiest claim possible. I filled out the claim form on line and within a month a check for the full amount was issued. True, it was only a $100 well documented doctor visit and treatment in Vietnam. Just the same, AXA's fast-track approach was refreshing.
AXA promptly reimbursed my medical expenses, after I sent the requested documentation and billing info.
I had no problems with this claim, and will happily use AXA again.
The hospital said it was filing a claim. It is Sharp hospital in Mazatlan Mexico.
Respond extremely slow regarding my claim. Basically ghosting me right now.
Still working on getting material for our claims. (Both of us had experiences in the hospital.) Suspicious that AXA might not honor all our claims? i.e. comments from them about our trip to Puerto Vallarta not being round trip. (We went down on miles). A week after arriving we made return trip reservations which was about 5 weeks before returning.
They want our medical records for about (?) 60 days before we left. I understand that. So we'll see.
