they suck. sent 3 emails from Peru when my Rx were stolen in Peru and never heard a word back other than a repetitive email saying essentially... "we are busy, we answer in order received, we'll get back to you". it has been 5 weeks and no gettin back from those shitebirds. total ripoff policy. I will badmouth them until I die.
I never had to use the policy but it was a comfort to know it was there.

This has taken me a long time to get to - I'm just now filing my claim. But while I was on my trip the AXA Assistance was quick to pick up the phone and provide excellent advice to me. I'm just very good at procrastinating on claim filing.
I liked the program and service very much. It was most adequate for my needs.
I am alarmed the by the many online reviews that detail ANA'S delays processing legitimate claims. I will not use AXA again
I submitted my claim on October 12, and so far as of November 2 all I have received is excuses about how busy they are and how late my response will (still) be. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Customer assistance was good, and all my questions were answered. I did find it difficult to locate the claims form.
I was frustrated to get help. I have to reschedule my flight because of congested heart failure I was diagnosed with during this trip. I’m arriving on November 7th as I have to be hospitalized in hospital. I paid out of pocket plus rescheduling my flights. I called several times to contact the insurance including emergency lines - no answer. I can’t believe I spent so much money for nothing.
