Phone numbers would not work out of the country.

Took too long to get ahold of anyone.

Still not complete.

Very difficult to use the fax machines in the country which is required to file a claim

Customer service representatives are very easy to work with and helpful.

I couldn't recover my policy on my computer before we left, so I called customer service. The gentleman was most helpful, found the email sent to me with all the policy terms, re-sent it. Very satisfied. Very quick response.

Haven't used purchased Travel insurance which I'm glad I didn't but the essence of Comfort it gives knowing you are covered when you travel is worth it. Had no problems contacting both Squaremouth and AXA assistance service prior to departure.

The experience is generally good. Except when I tried to get help for transfer assistance in Charles de Gaulle airport, I don't get it.
My wife passed away during the cruise, and the negotiation with AXA is hectic.
