Purchased insurance for trip twice. First trip was cancelled due to illness. Was advised incorrectly to reschedule which did not allow for claim to be filed. Had to fully cancel first trip to file the claim. Once done there was no issue filing or receiving payment.
Rescheduled trip after claim was complete and purchased 2nd policy. Misinformation was my only issue.
We have used Squaremouth for several years and found them very easy with whom to deal!
Next time I would rather just purchase medical coverage.

The website provides a very good general comparison chart between insurance. Filter selections are excellent, appropriate and useful. With the Squaremouth guarantee, Squaremouth has become my go to site for travel insurance.
