1. the claim was lost for approx 3 weeks, and i had to call them to find it in their files......
2. they then sent me this: "Complete Booking Confirmation with dates of travel and flight information for your Spirit Airlines flight"
3. Then, I sent them this...."you have it..........if you would have read the file i sent you.......its page 7, 8, 9, 10, 11...........ReRead please: my packet was lost for approx 3 weeks and now you are asking for information already sent to you.......this is not going well......

She explained the claim process and the documentation required.
I observed that the process was very difficult.
She told me, in a very sharp tone that if I did not want to follow the process then I should not file a claim. Did not appreciate her response or tone. She is clearly one who is a prime candidate for retraining.
AXA makes very easy to purchase their product but very difficult to use it.
Gives me pause to wonder why I would want to use AXA again.
No complaints but as always, read before you buy the fine print in any policy you are considering. fortunately, we did not have any problems with our trip and do not need to make any claim
I spoke to a representative prior to my trip to Japan, just to make sure all was in order. He was polite and answered all my questions.

Ease of getting the policy, clear presentation of terms cost etc!
Purchased insurance for trip twice. First trip was cancelled due to illness. Was advised incorrectly to reschedule which did not allow for claim to be filed. Had to fully cancel first trip to file the claim. Once done there was no issue filing or receiving payment.
Rescheduled trip after claim was complete and purchased 2nd policy. Misinformation was my only issue.
