I asked them what they needed for documentation, and where I should mail the information. I am upset that they haven't responded.

It was clear and somewhat expedite. The only negative is the lack of transparency for the itemization of exactly which expenses were reimbursed. You receive a final email with the reimbursement payment total. The electronic payment process is super easy and fast and modern to allow Zelle payments in the same day. Thank you.

I contacted AXA and though I did eventually get some money back, the way it was handled was pretty awful. I'll be sure to use a different provider in the future.
