TravelSafe complaints can be the result of an unpleasant customer service experience or a claim that is not paid the way a traveler wanted.  If any Squaremouth client is dissatisfied with one of the travel insurance carriers, they can request a Zero Complaint Guarantee case be opened to try and resolve the situation.  This guarantee is a promise to mediate any claim or dispute where the customer feels they received inadequate service.  If the carrier does not provide a solution satisfactory to Squaremouth, that carrier is removed from the website entirely and their products no longer sold.
