    Our airline notified us of a flight delay which would subsequently have us miss our connecting flight.

    Immediately after speaking with the airline agent, I called Tin Leg to reaffirm our flight delay coverage. Our insurance representative told us we would be covered and set up a phone call with a claims agent upon return.

    The process was professional and smooth. All documentation has been submitted and we are now awaiting approval of our claim.

    Tin Leg was wonderful from the beginning. When we learned that our flight was going to be delayed and we spoke to the airlines, the next call I made was to Tin Leg. After speaking with their customer service agent Jody and the information regarding our policy he confirmed with us, we called American Airlines back to find out that all flights we had a choice of, were now not available and the next flight back to BWI from Rome was now Jan. 30, 2018 (3 days later). We advised Jody at Tin Leg of this change he was very helpful and noted our file and set up an interview with an agent upon our return home.

    Spoke with Cheri at our scheduled interview time and the process was very smooth. I scanned all documents and receipts and completed the claim form on line.

    Within a week or so I had a check for the correct amount.

    I highly recommend Tin Leg and Squaremouth.

    It was a good experience working with Tina Leg. I had a doctor's bill and had to write back to have my additional airfare added to the claim. It all went smoothly.
    My doctor's bill and information was in Japanese and I was concerned it would be a problem but no problem at all. Thank you Tin Leg!

    My wife developed health issues the morning after we landed in Hawaii. I called Tin Leg and the advisor listened to the issue and called the urgent care clinic ahead of our arrival to notify them of our coming. She called me back to let me know of this and sent a follow up email to which I was to attach my receipts. Upon our return home, Tin Leg followed up with the interview and 3 days later I was notified that our claim is processed and the funds are arriving shortly. They were easy to deal with and as this was the first time I have ever used travel insurance, in spite of traveling extensively without it in the past, the process and the coverage has given me reason to certainly use them again for our next trip.

    I fell ill and was advised by my doctor NOT to travel. Cancelled and after a reasonable amount of supportive paperwork and a short time, I was reimbursed for lost cancellation money by Tin Leg. No hassles and easy to work with. Rescheduled trip and purchased Tin Leg Travel Insurance for the trip. Very happy with Tin Leg.
