The departure and return dates of our cruise changed after I bought the policy. I contacted customer service to find out if I could get the policy modified to cover the new dates and was happy to learn that I could. I did do so. However there was some miscommunication and it took several tries before I got the revised policy that accurately reflected the duration of our trip.
Brandi Morse did an exceptional job from the minute I contacted her, she stayed with me all the way through providing us with assistance. We will always make our choice Tin Leg and I will be telling our friends and family what an excellent experience we had in such an adverse situation. Thank you!
Glad I got the policy. Will wait and see how the claim is handled to determine if I continue getting the policy thru Squaremouth/Tin Leg. This is the 4th or 5th time we've bought a policy and only the first claim.
Do you offer an annual policy with stated amount of trips (or alternatively, an aggregate limit on claim(s))? We travel 1-3 times a year and would like to compare the single trip purchase to an annual/aggregate purchase.

Brandi morse our agent was very helpful both during and after my accident. I fell and broke my humerus on a small island in French Polynesia. We had to helicopter to another small island. She was our only contact as we had no wifi nor access to telephone. She was reassuring and helpful, making hotel reservations and island transportation for us after I was released from hospital. She kept in touch with us walking us through claim filing and assuring us she would have no problems with the claim as she had been in touch with us the entire time. The claim was paid promptly with no additional questions just as she said. Tin Leg also reembursed us for the ship board credit which was applied to our ship board hospital bill. I would highly recommend taking travel insurance. Not only did it pay for our trip interruption, but also interfaced with others on our behalf. English was in short supply on Raitea.

Luckily, didn't need to use the insurance, but found Tin Leg very responsive to all pre trip questions. Initially had quoted incorrect trip cost to Tin Leg and when I contacted them received immediate refund for premium difference.
Tin Leg took care of my claim immediately. I gave them the claim form for my medical problem on the cruise and they immediately took care of it. Their employee, Kasie, is to be commended for the way she handled my claim. I thank Tin Leg for being so efficient and will use them again and definitely recommend them to my other friends.
