when i filed a claim and sent follow-up information i received no acknowledgment from tin leg. their customer service people denied having received a claim which had been in their office for over a week. i finally received partial payment but i disputed their claim and faxed an appeal letter. this was also not acknowledged and in fact, when i called 8 days later, no one had even begun the process of evaluating my appeal. i was then informed that the appeal process could take months. my travel partners, who were insured by another company received the full compensation from their insurer. i would not recommend tin leg.

Tin Leg helped me determine my insurance needs and answered all the questions I had. I will use them again.

Have never heard about disposition of claim.

The policy coverage was less money than the policy offered by our travel company (GCT). I will be purchasing another policy from you for our Sept 2016 trip to France

Excellent service from time of purchase of policy thru expiration of policy.
We had to cancel the trip for medical reasons. The airline gave us credit for the cost of the ticket, so no claim was filed.

I got very sick on our trip and on the second trip to the German doctor he thought it would be a good idea to go home and get medical attention from my local doctor. We called your 24 hour line and your rep told us what we needed to do to terminate our trip early. I am home now and under local care. Comparing policies and purchasing the travel insurance was very easy. The travel provider went bankrupt before our trip started but after we had paid in full. We filed a claim and received all our money back. The claims process was easy, and the claim was paid promptly. We were very pleased.

I had to file a claim for illness before departure date. My experience if filing claim and receiving my money for it was excellent! It approximately 2 weeks for the full payment reimbursement to be received. Thanks Square Mouth for the great service.
