It was reassuring to have the coverage just in case of any problems. We had none . I believe the real proof of how well this type of insurance policy works would be if we had to file a claim. I would probably choose to use Square Mouth and Tin Leg for future trip coverage. Hopefully, they would live up to their billings if we were ever to have to file a claim.
I hesitate to give feedback since the Insurance Claim was received by you with all the asked for documentation on 5/13/15. I still have not received the insurance money despite several conversations with Kathy Haught reassuring me that my part of the process was complete.

After receiving the wrong claim forms, I contacted Squaremouth again after returning home, and promptly received the appropriate forms.
I had originally had my husband (who was not traveling with me) make contact, and he may have erred in requesting the appropriate forms.
There was no support or assistance provided when I was sick and needed transport from a tented safari camp to a city hospital.
Your service was awful. Claim was paid slowly and partially declined with no information on why or how to re-submit.

This was my second claim. I had to cancel two cruises that were booked very close together for the time of departure. My wife had to go to the hospital and I had to file two claims within two months of each other. Tin Leg paid both claims and with no hassle! Squaremouth and Tin Leg are wonderful! You will not go wrong with Squaremouth or Tin Leg!
I did file a claim and it was handled well. The only issue was locational lack of communication for length of time before representative responded to my email. Overall, the policy was authentic and we received our refund of our trip cost in a timely manner. Thank you
