    I had to cut short my trip to Mexico this past January 2015, due to a death in the family. I filed a claim and received reimbursement for the portion of the trip that I did not complete. The assistance I received was excellent, and I am very pleased with the outcome, the staff's professionalism and helpfulness, and the ease and clarity of the claim process.

    Claims process was easy and expedient. I appreciate that I can compare multiple policies so that choose based on my needs and price point. I have used Squaremouth several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future for all my future travel.

    I would rate your trip insurance plan first rate. We notified you before my surgery date that the trip was being cancelled. We received reimbursement checks from you in a timely manner. There was no hassle.

    Initial claim was processed in a timely manner. I submitted all necessary documents and had no problems with the the claims process. I would highly recommend Squaremouth to anyone traveling outside the United States.

    The claim process is a bit frustration because I sent the receipt of purchases and was asked to include the date of purchases which is on the receipt. More work!

    While on a cruise my wife hurt her knee and went to the ship's doctor. He did not charge for the visit but told her to go to the ER when we arrived in Venice. She did that and saw a doctor who gave her some prescription pain medication and charged her 25 euros for the visit. She filled the prescription in Verona. We have a claim form and the receipts. I thought it was a good policy but thankfully we did not really need it.
