I didn't like that I had to pay upfront and then put in a claim afterwards. I had called the 24 hr hotline and could not get through.

I filed a medical claim with Tin Leg in the amount of US$113.67 for an emergency medical visit at a clinic while my family was traveling in Canada. After filing all the paperwork, including getting the doctor's statement from Canada, Tin Leg sent me a reimbursement of $103.07 three weeks later. I called Tin Leg 3 times that I paid the medical bills in US funds: $65 cash to the doctor at the clinic and $48.67 in credit card charges for the medicine in the pharmacy, a total of $113.67. Each time a representative would take my information and promised to call back after consulting with the analyst. No one has called or emailed me. I'm extremely disappointed in the way Tin Leg has been handling this case. I'd like to ask if your office can help me with this problem. Thank you very much.
