great service and thankful not to have had to use you!!
We did not use the insurance. However I had to change the dates and it was very easy to do! It gave us peace of mind while out of the country!
Unfortunately, Cindy and I were not able to make the cruise because I was diagnosed and began treatment for lymph node and larynx cancer in May, 2014. Recovery from the chemotherapy and radiation treatment took longer than hoped for. On September 16,2014 my oncologist prohibited travel by air or otherwise, for the next 3 months.
I filed my claim (TinLeg Certificate Number: TLL13-100651) on 10/07/2014. Other than auto receipt acknowledgement, I am unaware of my claim status. Anything you can do to help expedite my refund would be greatly appreciated.
So far, pre- claim, so good. Sure am happy I got this insurance. My only complaint so far is the policy , as do ALL policies from insurance companies, is too wordy and a bit complicated to read and understand. Tin Leg see es better thN most. Time will tell as far as complaints go!
I was very happy with our policy. We had to change it once, and had no trouble doing so. The coverage was terrific, and the price was right. I would happily use them again.
My pilgrimage was cancelled/postponed until April 2015 due to the civil unrest in the Holy Land. My premium was kindly and promptly refunded. I fully intend to purchase Tin Leg travel insurance when the pilgrimage is rescheduled in the spring.
We are very dissatisfied with the handling of the claim thus far. We filed the claim in mid to late June and still have not gotten resolution.
I purchased a cancel for any reason policy and had to cancel. I filled out the paperwork and mailed it in, and got paid within 3 weeks. I would have liked it better if they offered a policy for 100% of the money for the trip. They only offer a policy that covers 75%.
Everything has been perfect.
