IMG customers have noted that the customer service is attentive both before and during their trips, especially when they need to modify their policies. Customer Service was exceptionally helpful in formulating the coverage I needed, with very complicated circumstances.
ITravelinsured play a bait and switch with the policy. In order to receive pre-existing medical you must insure all non-refundable items; yet the company tries not to pay for the items when you make a claim. Lets say you book non refundable air tickets, then have to cancel and the airline puts your fare into a credit that you must use within a year. Many cannot use the credit and then loose the $. Luckily our carrier was able to refund the ticket; others not so fortunate. Beware of the bait and switch tactics of this company.
In the end it is SquareMouth who will assist you. They are a top notch company and make every effort to insure customer satisfaction

Was not able to file my claim due to medical impairment.
Original cruise scheduled for June of 2021 was rescheduled (Covid) with IMG to April 2022, and the above policy was amended accordingly.
