Excellent coverage, information received was clear and concise

It’s so easy to find a policy on on the website due to being able to do the comparison charts

I had to extend the dates for my travel and IMG was very helpful and accomodating in making these changes. The trip was uneventful so did not need to make a claim but I felt confident if anything went wrong, I made the right decision using IMG

Website easy to use and provided sufficient information on what I was looking for, many options and different levels of coverage for medical travel insurance. I have recommended your website to my friends and family😄!

The proof is in the pudding as they say. My claim was taken professionally and promptly. I will definitely use IMG for any future travel insurance needs.

My father in law passed away 2 weeks before we were going to leave for our trip. The IMG online application would not accept the documents I was required to submit. I have made numerous phone calls and emails to IMG to get the claim initiated and supply them with the documents they requested. I am hoping that they now have everything they need. My claim is only for the difference from what we were refunded from our accommodations reservation, which is a couple of thousand dollars. All of our other expenses were refunded back from the organizations we booked with. The customer service people at IMG have been pleasant to work with, but it seems that they are dragging their feet on this claim that is very obviously covered and documented.

My husband and I got sick during our trip and we called IMG to explain the situation and they made it IMPOSSIBLE to file a claim or use our travel insurance. Will not ever use again. Absolutely worthless to have this travel insurance.

At this point IMG has not been helpful at all in trying to file my claim. I have tried the on
line claim system and will not let me finish, or save all my work and documents that I put in the claim. I have down loaded the paper version which makes it difficult to send the necessary documents. Calling their help line has not helped at all. Bottom line they do not want to pay claims. I would not recommend IMG to anyone.
