They paid what we asked so I am very satisfied. I would use them again.

“IMG policy: iTravelInsured Travel SEThe IMG representatives I communicated with were very considerate and helpful when I asked for a credit for my deceased husbands portion of the travel insurance. I did successfully complete the trip. We have used IMG in the past and have always been very happy with their customer service. I will continue to use them in the future.
