I’ve used Squaremouth multiple times and have only had to make a claim once. They were fast and efficient and the first and only place I look for travel insurance.
I feel the prices are always better than travel sites offer and you have multiple ones to pick from.
The agent I spoke with was great! She listened to my questions and took the time to explain the policy to me. I have used Squaremouth insurance for another international trip which did involved a claim. Again, the Customer service and follow up was great.

My husband got Covid on the cruise and had to use medical facility on the ship.
I emailed my son from the ship who called IMG for me. They emailed me the forms I needed immediately. We filled out the forms and have sent them back with all documentation. Waiting to hear back.
I called for the emergency services claim while on our trip and the lady was not at all helpful nor friendly. She then transferred me to the wrong place and I had to be transferred again. She sounded bored with her job and wasted my time. I called for another unrelated claim during my trip and talked to a great claims rep who sounded very helpful. He emailed me claim forms. However, it didn't match up to the claim form for their online entry so I'm not sure which one is right. On the claim page it does not display my existing claim even though I have confirmation they received it.
Claim filed 2 months ago and still waiting. Claim was for ~$108.00. Very dissatisfied!

Claim was finally met, but it took 2 months.
Very helpful, customer service...answering quetions. Haven't had the need to use any part of my coverge for this trip but I have another one coming up shortly and hopefully all will go well. If not I am confident that I will receive the assistance I need.
