It’s been over a month since I filed the claim with all the paperwork and nothing. Did followup twice and was told it takes 30-60 days. Will be following up with a call this week.
I'm not getting clear and consistent information about how to notify IMG that I will need to file a claim. I called IMG right after my husband came out of the emergency room and received claim forms but when we called several days later, there was no record of us having notified IMG (since the policy says we need to do so within 20 days). Also, we were told to file a claim on line even though we don't have the bill from the hospital ye (so as to initiate the claims process), but the website won't let you submit without indicating the amount you seek reimbursement for--I attached a letter explaining we didn't have any bill yet but the website wants a dollar amount entered in one of the boxes. The process and information received are not consistent nor clear; it is frustrating!

I have submitted several claims. The team says I have yet to provide forms that prove the cancellation date (have provided this twice) and that the doctor form is not legible (I can read this very easily so this just seems to be a business model intended to make the process as difficult as possible for customers.

I am glad I did not file a claim. I did some time ago but it took them a long time and they finally denied my claim. I insured again with them because the plan insurance was cheap

I had to interact with one of your agents because I mistakenly entered an ending coverage date that was 1 day shorter than the actual end date for the trip. She was very helpful in changing the date and proceeded with the voyage without any worry or problem.
I expected some real help finding a provider in Cairns Australia, but was given only a not very adequate list. Ended up going to the emergency room anyway. Couldve done that on my own. We'll see how it turns out.
Filed my claim with IMG with all supporting documentation. Still waiting on my claim status.
