They acted very professionally to explain to me in detail about the rental car insurance policy as part of comprehensive plan.

I injured my arm and went to emergency room in Londonderry, North Ireland. After waiting hours, I never saw anyone but Triage Nurse. We did advise the that we were leaving. I am not sure if they are going to bill for my time there. I did contact someone at the Insurane company regarding this matter before I went.

The online claims process with IMG failed. It took hours to work through because they ask for a medical form to be filled out by a doctor even though Covid is an obvious illness from the test. Then I got emails from them requesting that I fill out a form because they did not receive all of the information from online. I have to do it all over again, but this time using a form, taking more hours of my life. I would not use IMG again.

My wife submitted my claim as we got delayed due to an airline strike in Germany that inquired us to fly into Zurich, which led to the purchase of train tickets we initially did not anticipate. Hopefully, this matter can be resolved in a short time.

Last week I submitted my documents for my husband and myself to receive my loss of canceling my flight due to the Lufthansa strike and purchasing a train ticket from Zurich to Stuttgart, my original destination to fly in. I hope to hear from IMG soon to resolve my requests.

Terrible support when I got sick on my trip the support contact was useless and I still had to do and investigate absolutely everything while being ill. Super frustrating and unclear on their policies around getting sick and what would/wouldn't be covered or to get advice or assistance.

Easy, affordable coverage. I called customer service to make a change - almost no hold time and very quick, painless resolution.

Finding and signing up for the policy was really easy. I also emailed customer service about viewing 2 separate policies and received a reply that answered my question and was very helpful. The trip was a success and I thank you for peace of mind!
