Claim process went smoothly. Thanks
Customer service answered my questions.
I put the return date incorrectly on the original policy. It was quickly corrected on the phone before I left home.
After I submitted the claim, after about 11 days, I got the message acknowledge they have received the case and will get back to me in 15 business days (approximately 3 weeks). I am in the waiting period now.
No claim, no comment.
Just piece of mind.
I submitted my claim July 19th and was told it could take up to 15 business days to hear back. Today is 16 days and an examiner still has not reviewed our policy. So far not happy with the time it’s taking to review a policy
Not lightening fast, but they dealt with my claim within the specified time limit and I was reimbursed for my additional expenses.
The Squaremouth Customer Service people were wonderful! They were very nice and helpful. One young man that I spoke with several times with various questions was superb because he was so knowledgeable and an expert at comparing the various details of different trip coverage. He assisted me in getting a TinLeg coverage to assist in trip insurance (AD&D) that wasn’t previously covered. I am sorry that I do not remember hid name; it may have been James.
When I called the travel assistance phone number it gave a prompt for non-emergency help but then the call never went anywhere.
quick response by providing me a claim / case number
