Mechanical Problems. How can we tell that the cruise liner will have mechanical problems. That’s why we get Travel Insurance. What ever happened to our trip we must have some compensation from the Insurance company. But no, they said it is not included in our Policy that we bought for our Travel Insurance. Tried to call the number in the email sent to me and it was not 24 hours. Also tried to file a claim and it tells me my claim number not valid.
Filing a claim is not easy - I sent in an email this week but I have not heard back. My luggage was gone the entire time I was in Morocco and I was force to buy all my clothes, shoes, health and beauty for the entire trip. Please review the emails I sent. I can send you the receipts.

There was a glitch in making payment and securing the policy but customer service was excellent to get it resolved.
I purchased the insurance then realized I had charged it to the wrong credit card. So I called customer server 10 minutes after the purchase. They were able to cancel the purchase so I could purchase it on a different card. The rep. was very helpful.
I wasted my time and money buying this insurance that didn't cover for anything.
