I had problems with their website - I could never log in. (I created my account on the app). Then, after I began my claim, I couldn’t access the app. Granted, the customer service reps were very friendly when I called, but that takes time. There was little to no information from the claims adjuster. I had to call them to insure they’d received all of my documents.
Coverage options were clear and easy to understand.
I called the 24hr assistant when I was very sick in Atitlan Guatemala, hoping I could get some help on what to do, where I could go for medical help. All they could tell me was that I had to get a doctor to sign a form. That is when I realized I was on my own.
I am still waiting on an answer to see if the claim is going to be paid out. Check a few days ago was told still under investigation could take another 3 weeks

I kept getting different answers from company. Agent went on vacation without updating claim.
Took over 32 days to complete.
Customers service was very rude, when calling for an update.
I was really annoyed to learn that you don’t cover glasses in the insurance. I would have assumed that was a logical thing to cover. I left both my glasses on the plane as I was very ill having picked up campylobacter on my stopover. Only to find they weren’t covered under the personal effects. What a rip off. Never buy this insurance again and will be sure to let my wide circle know about the mean minded company.
This was the best decision I made when planning a trip. The policy I purchased was very inexpensive yet highly comprehensive. It was unfortunate that I had to use it, but being that I did need it I felt extremely confident in the plan I had chosen and felt no additional stress on top of what was causing my trip interruption. The claims center was extremely easy to speak with and accommodating. My claim was completed very quickly and the representatives seemed happy to be helping me navigate the process. Highly recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind while traveling.
The price was excellent value for money. The call center was very helpful and easy to contact.
Got sick, called, helpful OnCall International walked me through options. Followed up to make sure I got home safe and sound. Could not have asked for more.
