After a little communication misunderstanding, the process went quickly and I received a check with in a few days. Very satisfied with the service. I would recommend using them for your travel insurance.
I sought some guidance before submitting a claim and was provided with "copy/paste" boilerplate. When I was finally able to dig through the fine print to conclude that my claim wouldn't be accepted, I was encouraged to submit one anyway. I spent a fair amount of time doing so, only to have it immediately rejected for the very reasons I postulated initially. What a waste of my time.
And it's ridiculous that a doctor's visit is required. All the advice on some common illnesses is that you shouldn't travel but that a doctor won't be able to do much for you. So that would be another waste of time and money. Never again.

I have booked a trip that was cancelled. A new less expensive trip was scheduled and the insurance was transfered to cover the new trip with a refund for the difference was issued.

I could not get the app to work before our departure. Thankfully, I/we didn't need it. The customer service person said the it person was the one to talk with. I did. S/he could not help me get the app working. Bummer. Still, good insurance!

When I found I had purchased secondary insurance, I called to have it switched to primary even if I had to pay more. They refused and told me I'd would have to purchase another policy. And would not be able to get a refund on the other policy. I dont think this is right and was very disappointed. I will be letting everyone know.
