I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. It is when you go to file a claim that all the ambiguity arises. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the agent who handled my claim and have not received any call back or any communication from her.
A small part of my claim was paid with absolutely no detail as to which items had been denied and why.
You would be doing a dis service to your customers to keep them on your website.
I plan on using my social media to tell folks to stay away from Generali.

This has been going on for at least 2 months. I was very sick and cancelled the cruise. Generali is making a big deal out of this.

I submitted a claim October 21 and there has been no movement on it yet. I am disappointed that the claim is taking so long to get reviewed.

My trip was uneventful except for a trip and fall the last night in the hotel. I did receive a skin tear. I was administered to buy hotel staff when I came back to the states. I went to urgent care and also to my doctor to follow up and I am fine, nothing to File a claim for.
