    I lived in San Diego for 20 years, Kensington. But when I spoke to you rep. I didn't know your headquarters was in San Diego. And by the,way the gentleman I spoke with exhibited perfect customer service skill sets. Engaging, very friendly, relaxed and very helpful. Say Hi to him for me.

    I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. It is when you go to file a claim that all the ambiguity arises. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the agent who handled my claim and have not received any call back or any communication from her.
    A small part of my claim was paid with absolutely no detail as to which items had been denied and why.

    You would be doing a dis service to your customers to keep them on your website.

    I plan on using my social media to tell folks to stay away from Generali.

    This has been going on for at least 2 months. I was very sick and cancelled the cruise. Generali is making a big deal out of this.

    I submitted a claim October 21 and there has been no movement on it yet. I am disappointed that the claim is taking so long to get reviewed.

    Generali I felt was very efficient. They were easy to work with and processed the claim expediently. I would not hesitate to use them again.Thank you for making my claim process easy.

    Read, We’ve been using square mouth for all our travel with travel with Alan for years it’s convenient and since I travel with Alan is trusted, I trust the use of square mouth.

    My trip was uneventful except for a trip and fall the last night in the hotel. I did receive a skin tear. I was administered to buy hotel staff when I came back to the states. I went to urgent care and also to my doctor to follow up and I am fine, nothing to File a claim for.

    Claim process is efficient and user friendly. Once the documentation was submitted, decision and payment were processed within a few business days.
