    I had a fall in Spain on my trip. I contacted
    Generali emergency assistance to help with my seating on the airplane home, since I could not walk and needed a wheel chair (wlhich I bought). They asked me to email my flight informaiton along with the ER physician note and they would contact the vendor (delta) to get assistance. I emailed them on August 29th with the note and the flight information. I never heard back from them until 5 days later via email stating a team member woudl contact me. I was already home and had my CT scan her which showed 3 fractures in my pelvis.
    The medical help was non existant and it is shameful that Squaremouth represents a company that doesn't assist when you pay for mecical coverage. I would NOT recomend them for anyone traveling.

    I paid for medical insurance with Generali, they did not assist during my accident in Spain. They did not reimburse for the full medical charges and did closed out the claim. Zero tolerence from squaremouth does not respond to emails in a timely fashion ( 2 weeks to answer an email). I would not use Generali Insurance for travel.

    General Global was very helpful. When my order was processed with Squaremouth, the software changed the travel dates. GG was very good and changed to the correct dates immediately.

    Slow slow slow. Weeks just to acknowledge claim. More weeks to ask for more information needed. More weeks to actually speak with a human instead of a robot. Every thing needed should have been stated immediately. Only got slower and slower asking for more info. Still ongoing. Was told to send in email, but correct email address was not given. Etc

    Took over 3 months to have my claim resolved and paid. Enough said.

    I provided all the information Generali required, and then they sent me a message that they needed more. Haven’t heard about my claim yet. We had to cancel because I was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer, and I had to start by chemo

    I only picked this coverage because it was the only one I could get for pre existing conditions. Pretty overpriced.
