Could not speak to a live person to file a claim. Required to file on line. After I set up an account, I could not log in to file a claim. The site kept telling me to sign up for an account. To date, unable to file a claim or to reach a live person.

I thought the information received to make an informed choice on this policy was very good, and my phone call to the insurance company cleared up the question I had. I didn’t need to use the insurance, thank goodness, so I cannot comment on that, but I received piece of mind that I had it in place. I would definitely purchase it again for travel outside the USA.

I AM A VICTIM AGAIN. Dealing with international airlines and a French language barrier sabotaged my claim. Worse yet is the total acceptance if a crack pot excuse of why my flight was delayed in Northern Cameroon for two extra days. The excuse for not flying any flights for more than 48 hours in the country was "operational". Really. The agent for your subsidiary generalli may or may not have called to get more intel but there was no correspondence or transparency. I am out a 760$ dollars. I plan to publish my experience on a African Hunting Forum and make it clear to a large number of hunters to stay clear of your product.

I filed a claim and it has taken longer than expected. The claim was approved for a refund just waiting for the refund. The frustrating part was not being able to speak to a person about the claim. Just got the automated system and then got disconnected.
